Put a paintbrush in my hand and I’m happy. I work in a variety of media including oils, water colour and acrylic.
I work quickly to plot out a composition and enjoy the fluidity and freedom of oil paint to move objects around before settling at the final image. Working with acrylic ink requires more careful planning before I commit to paper, so that my work can retain the freshness and energy captured in bold brushstrokes and vibrant colour.

This exhibition of recent work, inspired by my love and admiration of the natural world, will be on display throughout December and in to the New Year.
